What the cDNA xProfiler Can Do
The cDNA xProfiler is a tool that
compares gene expression between two pools of libraries. For a gene to be "present"
in a library pool, there must be at least one EST sequence found in the UniGene
cluster for that gene.
Need help! If this is your first time using the xProfiler
and you need help and examples, please visit All About
the cDNA xProfiler Tool.
